GETTING FIT:

It
isn't as hard to get fit as you may think. Here are some instant activities
to work into your day:

a tennis ball in your hand when you are not writing or typing.

Do
leg lifts while at your desk. Extend each leg straight in front of
you and repeat 10 times with each leg.

Do
15-20 sit-ups 2-3 times per day.
-
Use
your desk to do pushups.
-
Stand in a doorway with your hands on the doorframe placed slightly
above your chest. Lean forward to stretch your chest and front shoulders.
-
Stand
and place your hands on the small of your back. Do a slight back bend.
-
Do
shoulder and back stretches often.
-
Walk,
rollerblade, or ride a bike instead of driving whenever possible.
-
Watch
10% less TV.

Take
a brisk 3-minute walk before going to bed.

stairs several times each day.
