Beyond Orientation

Frequent and consistent communication between you and your new employee is important for success. In order to support your new employee’s development, it is recommended you encourage the new employee to network and gain exposure to a variety of learning opportunities.

If the new employee's orientation is successful, you may want to establish with your new employee goals to attain for the six-month and one-year performance evaluation.
