The Office of Human Resources is responsible for recommending and implementing organizational policies and procedures relating to the recruitment, selection, retention, development, work environment, compensation, benefits, discipline; mediation, and grievances of the employees of Nova Southeastern University by combining knowledge of business, Federal legislation, employee expectations, and personnel expertise; orientation and training of employees, and performing organizational interventions as necessary.
