The Risk Management Office supports employees' training and development. In this light, we hope to familiarize every new employee with the company, ergonomics, risk management, and worker's compensation benefits.
Moreover, government regulation, insurance coverage, and common sense dictate that every employee needs training to avoid injuries, and keep costs low. We know that your attitude and skills are fundamental to the University's continued efficient and profitable performance.
Your support and encouragement to staff in attending a training session makes you a world class leader.
We look forward to meeting with you in a session!
