Course Requirement/Troubleshooting
Important: You must use your NSU email name and password to login to WebCT. Your login name can be found in your NSU email address.
- If you do not have an NSU email account or if you have forgotten your email account name and/or password, you may contact the NSU HELP DESK @ (954) 262-HELP or http://www.nova.edu/help/account/index.html#create for them to set one up for you.
Helpful Hints:
- Disable Popup Blocker
- Browser Tune-up
- Recent version of Internet Explorer
- Recent version of Java
- Remember to toggle between windows when you see an Error Message
- Keep all HIPAA windows open while taking the course
- Do not run any other programs while taking the course
