The Office of University Bursar is comprised of three departments:
Student Accounts, Loan Disbursing, and Collections and Perkins Loans.

Student Accounts, also known as Accounts Receivable, approves student registrations where financial obligations have been satisfied and records all charges, payments, and credits as appropriate.

Collections contacts students and arranges payment of past due outstanding balances. Collections also administers the Perkins Loan Program.

Loan Disbursing verifies student's eligibility for a student loan and then issues refunds from excess financial aid funds in the student account.
