Computing Account Removal
NSU students and employees are provided with University-assigned computer accounts which normally remain active during continued enrollment and/or employment at NSU. NSU student computer accounts are automatically archived and removed within one year of the student leaving the university. NSU employee computer accounts are archived and removed upon employment termination notification from the Office of Human Resources. Note that former NSU students do retain access to specific online information resources (e.g. transcripts, alumni information) via the University administrative computing system (Banner) which does not require an active computer account.
