Welcome to Nova Southeastern University’s Physician Assistant Program and your first step toward a rewarding and challenging new career as a health care professional. The Academic Year will begin at the Health Professions Division campus in Davie, Florida on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 and we are looking forward to seeing you again. Please make sure to read the site thoroughly and complete all the necessary information.
In addition, the Physician Assistant Program would like to share vital information which needs to be completed before you matriculate into the program. Please read all the information below to ensure that you are ready to begin your journey to becoming a Physician Assistant. PA Diagnostic Equipment List
Students in the Physician Assistant Program will be required to have their own diagnostic equipment in order to perform physical examinations. The PA Diagnostic Equipment List (Check Back After March 23, 2015 to see current 2015 Orientation information) is a complete outline of all equipment needed.
An equipment fair will be held during the first week of class, and it is advisable to hold off on purchasing equipment before orientation. If you would like to know more about the options offered at the equipment fair, you can review the information from our two attending distributors:
