Transfer of Credits

Students matriculated into the MHSc General and Vascular Sonography course of study may petition for transfer credits to the program. Up to, but not exceeding 6 credit hours of graduate work may be considered for transfer from a regionally accredited institution.

In order to be eligible for admission to the Master of Health Science with specialization in General and Vascular Sonography, a student must have completed 18 semester hours of prerequisite education coursework and have earned a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution, both with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 grading scale. The college requires the students to earn a grade of 2.0 or better in each prerequisite course.

The course considered for transfer must meet the goals and objectives of the MHSc. course in question and cannot be previously applied toward another awarded degree in or outside of NSU.
