What is eRecruiting?

Career Services at Nova Southeastern University offers a safe online experience through eRecruiting, enabling you to get connected to special events and offerings, upload and maintain your resume, and engage employers. This easy-to-use program allows students and alumni to take control of their job searching while career consultants are available to assist in answering questions.

Is it safe?

NSU Career Services maintains control of employers wanting to post their openings on these systems. At every available opportunity, staff check the validity of contacts and postings.

How will it help you?

ERecruiting is an all-encompassing system that will allow you to use your resume in a more effective manner. You will have the chance to post your resume to a “Resume Book” for employers to view, as well as giving staff members permission to send out your resume for you when the opportunity presents itself. Having an online system will give you 24hour access via the internet, anywhere in the world!

Steps to getting started…

1. Visit Career Services to speak with your career consultant.
2. There you will receive your username and password, and learn more about navigation through the system
3. Go to the eRecruiting page and sign-in to check your username and password.
4. While you are there, fill in the information requested under Profile. (Remember to completely fill in all information)
5. Finish your resume and upload it into the system.
6. Now you are ready to begin your job search, check on important events, or research more about your career!
