Mentee Responsibilities

• GoFish! is strictly informational.  Mentors are not expected to find employment for mentees.
  
  
  
• Once you are involved with a mentor, you may not withdraw from the program.
  
  
  
• Be prepared, on time, appropriately dressed, etc. for all meetings/appointments with your mentor.
  
  
  
• It is the mentee's responsibility to initiate contact with the mentor.
  
  
  
• Mentees need to play an active role and take ownership of learning during their time with mentors.
  
  
  
• Mentees should establish goals for participating in the program.
