Graduate Assistant for Special Events and Projects

This is Kaley’s second year as a Graduate Assistant for Special Events and Projects in the Office of Campus Life and Student Engagement. She coordinates the Sharks on the Scene Trips, Laugh Your Fins Off Comedy Show, and co-chairs the STUEYS. She has a strong passion for event planning and enjoys working with students. In addition to her graduate assistant position, Kaley serves as the advisor of the NSU Make a Meal on campus.

Kaley is a Florida native, born in Altamonte Springs and raised in Geneva. She currently resides in Bradenton, Florida where her family lives on a boat. She graduated from Flagler College in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in mathematics. While at Flagler College, she served on the Campus Activities Board for four years beginning as the Program Director, then Vice President of Administration, and finally, President.

Kaley is currently working on her M.S. in College Student Affairs here at NSU. In her free time, Kaley enjoys baking and cooking a variety of different sweets, her favorite being cookies and cupcakes. However, when she is not baking or cooking, she is usually out by the beach or pool enjoying the sunshine. After graduating with her M.S. in College Student Affairs, Kaley plans to pursue a job of planning events for either campus life or university sports team.
