This yearly event promotes NSU’s commitment to the integration of cultural competence into the training of its future healthcare providers.

- MAC International Event - International Luncheon 2007
The Multi Cultural Affairs Committee (MAC) of the College of Allied Health and Nursing at NSU held the CAHN International Luncheon on May 4th, 2007 in the atrium of the HPD Terry Building.
This event celebrated the cultural diversity, talent and heritage of the CAHN students with tasty food samples, native costumes and poster presentations depicting the cultural heritage of the NSU CAH-N student body. This yearly event again promoted NSU’s commitment to the integration of cultural competence into the training of its future healthcare providers.
International cookbooks developed and designed by CAH-N students are still available for purchase for $5.00...
