To add yourself on the listserv
1. Send an email to:
listserv@list.nova.edu
2. Leave subject line blank
3. Type in the body:
SUBSCRIBE AVACS First name Last name

After Subscription: to send a message, just enter the email:
AVACS@list.nova.edu
