- The Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree is a clinical/professional
degree designed to enhance the preparation of clinical practitioners
- Coursework includes genetics, pharmacology, counseling, business
practice management, and the advanced study of clinical practice
- Courses are taught by course content specialists including Dr.
Charles Berlin (Auditory Electrophysiology), Dr. David Fabry (Advanced
Amplification), Dr. Richard Gans (Vestibular Electrophysiology),
and Dr. Barry Freeman (Practice Management).
- Audiologists with a BSc in Audiology: Enroll in the
UK Au.D. program upon completion of the degree. The post-BSc
to Au.D. program requires students to complete 43 credits of doctoral
coursework.
- Audiologists with the MSc in Audiology, Audiologic Scientists,
and Audiologic Physicians: Enroll in the UK Au.D. program and
complete 34 credits of doctoral coursework.
