NSU Alumni Celebrate Homecoming 2008 at Blues and Bubbly Event
The NSU Alumni Association welcomed more than 150 alumni and friends at the 3rd Annual Blues and Bubbly Alumni Homecoming event. Alumni and friends enjoyed a night of champagne, blues music, great food and drinks.
Guests danced the night away to the sounds of the blues by the Bobby Nathan Band. Randy Pohlman, Ph.D., Huizenga School dean, accompanied the band with his musical talents. Preston Jones, Ph.D., Huizenga School executive associate dean of academic affairs, delighted guests when he joined Dr. Pohlman on stage.
Throughout homecoming weekend, alumni took advantage of free continuing education courses, and cheered on the men’s and women’s basketball teams as they took on Lynn University. NSU's Alumni Homecoming Weekend was the perfect venue for alumni to reconnect with friends and rediscover the growing NSU campus.
The Nova Southeastern University Alumni Association works to further the professional and intellectual growth of NSU graduates. It exists to promote involvement of university constituencies by meeting their needs for alumni services, creating opportunities for participation in the life of the institution, and communicating the excellence of NSU.
