Rebecca Bratter Admitted to the United States Supreme Court
Rebecca Bratter, an attorney with the law firm of Greenspoon Marder, P.A., was admitted to the United States Supreme Court on March 26, 2007.
“I am truly honored to have been admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court,” said Bratter. “My mother is a practicing family law attorney and was sworn in when I was a student at George Washington University. When I decided I was applying for admission, she traveled to Washington D.C. to be my sponsor. It was a privilege to see her move for my admission in front of all nine justices.”
Since being admitted, Bratter may now appear before the U.S. Supreme Court and has access to the Supreme Court Law Library.
Bratter focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, labor and employment litigation, civil litigation and family law. She is now admitted to practice before the Florida Bar, the Florida Federal District Courts, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
She is currently a member of the Young Leaders Section of the Broward County Bar Association, and the Broward County Association for Women Lawyers. She is also the Vice Chair of the Broward County Bar Association Clerk/Bar Committee and is an Executive Board Member for the Young Leaders Division of the United Jewish Community of Broward County.
