The most anticipated building on NSU's main campus has just opened! NSU’s University Center opened last month and the university community has been taking full advantage of all of the things the multi-use facility has to offer. So far, the University Center has housed a live performance by actor and comedian Jamie Kennedy, a volleyball tournament, an alumni BBQ, Welcome Week festivities and much more.
To date, more than 10,000 people have worked out in the new RecPlex which now resides within the University Center and features 110,000sq feet of recreational space, a 2-story rock climbing wall, indoor racquetball courts, 98 pieces of cardio equipment and 84 pieces of strength equipment. In addition, the RecPlex offers YOGA, Pilates, Spinning, instructional classes, intramural sports and more! As a graduate of NSU, you have access to everything the building has to offer. Contact the Office of Campus Recreation for membership information at (954) 262-7301 or visit www.rec.nova.edu.
I look forward to seeing you at the University Center or a future alumni event!
Sincerely,

Kim Stone, MIBA ‘05
