Alvin Sherman Library Premiere Lecture Series: “Discourse, Issues and Challenges of 21st Century Living” - Friday, September 29, 2006

Discourse provides a unique opportunity to engage in dialogue on timely issues of the day and to interact with distinguished scholars, public figures, authors, and policy makers. “Issues and Challenges of 21st Century Living” -- Less than a decade into the century, America has experienced dramatic cultural shifts, changed demographics, astronomical technological advances – in essence, a changed world. The season will focus on the critical challenges which America will have to address in the coming years.
