Join fellow NSU alumni and students in a fun-filled weekend of homecoming events and activities.  Homecoming will start out with a bang on Thursday, January 25th at the Celebration of Excellence where we will honor an outstanding graduate from each school and center.  Friday, January 26th, don’t miss out on the opportunity to have lunch with NSU President, Ray Ferrero, Jr. We will then boogie the night away to the sounds of the blues with the Joey Gilmore Band accompanied by Randy Pohlman, dean of the School of Business and Entrepreneurship.  Our alumni who enjoy life-long-learning will be sure to sign up for one of the variety of continuing education courses that are scheduled for Saturday morning.  The inaugural NSU tailgate scheduled to begin at 2:00 PM on Saturday is sure to be a crowd pleaser featuring entertainment by the Miami Heat Extreme Team, the official ribbon cutting for the new University Center, the unveiling of the 10,800 square feet Guy Harvey mural and much more.  Come and cheer at the first homecoming games to be held in the University Center Arena. The Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams will take on the University of Tampa beginning at 5:30 PM.  The weekend will also include tours of campus, free access to the new Recreation Center, golf outing, post-game alumni party, activities for the kids and much more.  Click here to see the Homecoming 2007 website.
