The Power of Teamwork- Thursday, October 6, 2005

According to the experts, teams bring "talent," "difference," and "variety" to the mix. When managed effectively, this can set the ground for creating a unique competitive advantage for your firm through the firm's human resource asset, which is difficult to duplicate for competitors. By becoming aware of today's teams and teamwork, and their impact on your company, you can learn effective ways of dealing with prospective complex projects appropriately.

This course is not only designed to help you become aware of some of the major elements of teams in today's workforce, but also to give you some of the skills needed to maximize productivity. You can also gain a competitive advantage through being an effective team member and by understanding the basic elements of creating a high performance team.

Audience

Employees, team members, members of special projects and task forces, trainers, and managers at every level should attend, especially those who:
