As President of McIntosh, Sawran, Peltz, Cartaya & Petruccelli law firm, Mr. McIntosh is a defense trial attorney and managing shareholder of a team of twenty-five lawyers.
He is the author of numerous publications and
a frequent lecturer, and serves as an expert witness in both the
State and Federal Courts.
A member of The Florida Bar, The Broward County
Bar Association and the Dade County Bar Association, Mr. McIntosh
is the recipient of the Florida Supreme Court Guardian Ad Litem
Pro Bono Award, and the J.C. Penney Golden Rule Service Award.
He is the president of HOPE Outreach Center
Inc., the National Director at Large for the Defense Research Institute
a 22,000-member of national defense lawyers engaged in defense
of civil litigation, and he is the co-founder of the NSU Law Alumni
Annual Golf Tournament.
In addition to continuing a successful
career as a civil defense trial attorney, his future goals include
mentoring young lawyers, contributing to the community, and watching
his children succeed in their goals.
