Lorne S. Stitsky, D.O., B.S. 1994 is
the alumni award winner for the Farquhar College of Arts and
Sciences
- Owner of Personal Choice Family Practice in West Palm Beach,
Florida, Dr. Stitsky is a board-certified family doctor who focuses
on people without insurance. He believes in personalized care
for his patients and strives to put the “care” back
in healthcare.
- A member of several professional associations, including
the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical
Association, the Florida Academy of Osteopathy, and the Florida
Academy of Family Practice Physicians, Dr. Stitsky was named
Chief Resident at Wellington Regional Medical Center, was a Nominee
for Student Doctor of the Year at NSU, and was the Florida Family
Practice Scholarship Award Winner. He is the recipient of the
Golden Apple Award for Excellence in Teaching.
- When he is not caring for his patients, Dr. Stitsky enjoys
spending time with his wife Michelle and his children Leah and
Sam. He also enjoys playing the saxophone and working on his
1982 Corvette Stingray.
- His future goals are to close his practice at 300 patients,
thus allowing him to see 10 to 15 patients per day each day.
