After Your Acceptance
Congratulations, you have been accepted!
After you’ve been accepted to Nova Southeastern University, you’ll need to begin preparing for your first year here by making sure your enrollment confirmation form and tuition deposit, financial aid forms, housing application, orientation, and class registrations are completed by the appropriate deadlines.
Confirm Your Seat
An enrollment confirmation form will be mailed with your acceptance letter if you’re attending classes during the day at the Main Campus in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Complete the information requested on this form and return it with your tuition deposit. The deposit secures your place in the entering class for the term in which you have been admitted.
Financial Aid
Financial Aid is an important part of the admissions process. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and submit it online as soon as possible after January 1 and before March 1 to be considered for the maximum amount of financial aid.
Visit the Office of Student Financial Assistance for more information about the financial aid process.
Housing Application
Living on campus is part of the full college experience. The members of the Office of Residential Life and Housing team are dedicated to enhancing your educational experience by providing and facilitating an enjoyable on-campus living experience. Besides being within walking distance to all of your classes, living on campus provides students access to a variety of academic, cultural, social and recreational programs.
Visit the Office of Residential Life and Housing website for more information and to complete the Housing Application.
New Student Orientation
You’ve been accepted, you’ve confirmed your enrollment (if applicable), and now you’re ready to really start the transition to Nova Southeastern University as the newest member of our school of Sharks! At New Student Orientation you will have the opportunity to meet your academic advisor, fellow classmates, obtain your SharkCard ID, and learn more details about the campus and all of its activities.
