After you’ve been accepted to Nova Southeastern University, you’ll need to begin preparing for your first year here by making sure your enrollment confirmation form and tuition deposit, financial aid forms, housing application, orientation, and class registrations are completed by the appropriate deadlines.  The links below will help you with taking those next steps.

Traditional Day Main Campus Students

Congratulations on your acceptance. Students planning on attending the traditional day program at the main campus need to confirm their intent to enroll with a $200 nonrefundable* deposit.

  • Pay Online with a credit card
  • Mail check along with this enrollment confirmation form to:

* Tuition Deposits may be refunded if requested in writing by the following schedule: By May 1st for Fall admission, by September 1st for Winter admission and by January 1st for Spring admission. If admitted or confirming admissions after May 1st, September 1st, and January 1st - Deposit is non-refundable.

Adult Non-Traditional Evening Main Campus Students

Congratulations on your acceptance. Students planning on attending the adult non-traditional evening program at the main campus need to inform their admissions counselor of their intent to enroll. Follow the steps below for financial aid, new student orientation and first-time registration.

Entry-Level Nursing Students

Entry Level Nursing (BSN) students must complete and return the Intent to Enroll Form and submit the following non-refundable fees on the following schedule:    .

  • Pay Acceptance Fee - $500 Online: This fee is required to reserve the accepted applicant's place in the entering first-year class. This advance payment will be deducted from the tuition payment due on registration day, but is not refundable in the event of a withdrawal. It is payable within two weeks of an applicant's acceptance.
  • Pay Deposit - $500 Online: This is due July 15 for August admission and November 15 for January admission.This deposit is not refundable. .
  • Full Deposit - $1,000: This acceptance fee and deposit are not refundable.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid is an important part of the admissions process. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and submit it online as soon as possible after January 1 and before March 1 to be considered for the maximum amount of financial aid.

Housing Application

Living on campus is part of the full college experience. The members of the Office of Residential Life and Housing team are dedicated to enhancing your educational experience by providing and facilitating an enjoyable on-campus living experience. Besides being within walking distance to all of your classes, living on campus provides students access to a variety of academic, cultural, social and recreational programs.

New Student Orientation

You’ve been accepted, you’ve confirmed your enrollment (if applicable), and now you’re ready to really start the transition to Nova Southeastern University as the newest member of our school of Sharks! At New Student Orientation you will have the opportunity to meet your academic advisor, fellow classmates, obtain your SharkCard ID, and learn more details about the campus and all of its activities.

As a new student, you must register in person with your academic advisor.  To do so, please contact the advising office at your undergraduate college to make a phone or in-person appointment.

The first step toward enrollment for business majors is to attend a Pre-Enrollment Seminar {PES}. During this seminar, which is hosted by the Office of Academic Advising, you will learn about your program requirements, policies and procedures, course selection, and how to register for classes. Once you have attended a Pre-Enrollment Seminar, business majors should schedule a follow-up appointment with an academic advisor.
