- Bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree programs offered in a variety of fields of business and administration by the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship are accredited by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education.
- University School of Nova Southeastern University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, by the Florida Council of Independent Schools, by the Florida Kindergarten Council, and by the Association of Independent Schools of Florida. - The Vascular Sonography course of study has applied for accreditation through the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).

- The Center for Psychological Studies clinical psychology doctoral programs and predoctoral internship program are accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA). The APA and the Florida Department of Health have approved the awarding of continuing education credits by the center.
- The Master of Public Health Program is accredited by the Council on Education in Public Health (CEPH).
- The Mailman Segal Institute for Early Childhood Studies’ preschool is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
- The Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Master of Science and Ph.D. Degree Programs in Family Therapy are accredited by the Commission. on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE) of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
- The master’s program in speech-language pathology of the Fischler School of Education and Human Services is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the audiology doctorate is a candidate for accreditation.
